Wail of the Banshee and Haste, at least, would not work unless you're playing NWN.

My inclusion of the spell WotB was there because it was used as such in another adventure run by a writer of the new 3rd edition game. Granted, they were probably writing up the rules while the game played, but all the same...what a nasty way to go.
