Just Started a Barbarian Titan Mauler. I have two questions. question 1. How many weapon size catargories can a Titan Mauler go up to. Question 2 if I carry say a weapon that is 10 foot long greatsword picked up off a Giant. Is there any penalties to wielding such weapon in a 5 foot wide corridor.and maybe a lower roof. Is there penalties for wielding weapon.

According to the rules as written, a character cannot wield a 2h weapon a size category larger. You can only use 1H weapons of large size in two hands, which is why Amiri (the iconic PF barbarian who is also a Titan Mauler) uses a large size bastard sword.
This is also why Titan Mauler is a bad archetype. Sorry.
I know of no penalties for wielding a large weapon in a small space, but if I were GM, I would add something in.
