TMNT: The Movie

I took my 6 (almost 7) year old son to see it, and we loved it. I'll be honest, I hadn't paid too much attention to the previews, and only assumed it was a reboot/remake of the original TMNT movie. It wasn't (to my pleasant surprise), and it was a very entertaining movie, that even had a few morale lessons in it.

For some strangely sick reason, I was kind of wanting to see this movie.

With that, along with the comments in this thread, I now want to see it even more than before. You guys certainly are making me aim for the theaters soon (especially Goodsport's post).

I'm glad I could help. :)

i loved it. i think it was great. it would of been better if it wa slike all th others. you know people dressed up as turtles. but digital movies could be just as goood. you can do alot more stuff with digital then real. like the rain scene if it was real then it may not go the way it is planned. i loved it but i was kind of expecting a little bit more. maybe a little bit more jokes, way more donny, and a lot more fighting. if they make a fifth one i will go see it right away.

Loved it too. It was awesome, and reminded me why I loved TMNT so much as a kid.

GoodKingJay, yeah, I saw that similarity too.

I wonder if there'll be another, but I dunno..... Especially since they'd have to get another voice actor for Master Splinter. :(

Karai hinted at the end that someone from the Turtles' past might be returning, though, which could mean the Foot is trying to clone Shredder? *shrug*

I quite enjoyed it. I liked the look of the animation; dirty and grungy, in stark contrast to the pastel coloured, clean looking animation we're used to.

I thought he sounded like Mako.

A thick japanese accent on Splinter felt 'right' somehow.
