To WotC: How to Pick Up Girls

's kinda funny, really.

The only girl regularly in my gaming group has made a couple jokes about 4e being a step towards 'boy-level' math (she's probably the brightest and most analytically minded of us all), and once told me she doesn't care what mechanics look like as long as they let her "kick monster ..."...ummm...can I finish that thought here?

Ways for 4e to appeal to the female gaming population:

Morale bonuses for adventuring parties with coordinated outfits.
Armor designs with fashion labels.
XP awarded for successful shopping in town.
Rats and spiders eliminated from game.

:p

... ... and then the group made matching wrist-bands with tiny silver holy symbols of each of our faiths on them, so that if any one cleric lost or had sundered their holy symbol, someone else in the party could hand off the ... charm ... from his ... bracelet.

And we spent several thousand GP on magical clothing and hired a style consultant before the big ball ...

The more I think about it, the less manly this whole D&D thing sounds.
