This painting depicting a powerful Djinn in battle with a Blue Dragon was the cover of the TSR Forgotten Realms product Empires of the Shining Sea, by Steven Schend. It's an early indication of what was to come from this fantasy master.

An original oil painting on masonite completed in 1997, it measures 18 x 24, and is in excellent condition. Here's an opportunity to own an original Lockwood oil painting for a bargain.

Steven Schend's Empires of the Shining Sea is one of the best sourcebooks/boxed sets TSR ever published.

Yes indeedy. Though since the sellers have zero feedback there might be a chance for a lucky bidder to get in and get a deal.

For instance, I wouldn't have considered bidding in such an auction but for the fact that MEG Hal is part of it.

(Which leads me to a tangential eBay question -- does eBay verify when a seller sets up a "store"? Ie, can I claim to be "Todd Lockwood" & "Hal Greenberg" just by filling out a eForm somewhere?)

(Another tangent: do you know the history of the painting MEG Hal? Has Lockwood kept it up until now?)

I have an 83 on my personal account but I wanted to start a Todd Lockwwod account since I would be selling his stuff we have sold a few things but all the buyers left no feedback .

And no they did not ask me to verify anything on who I was or who Todd was (never even thought of that). I do have the history of the painting and if anyone is interested in it I will e-mail them, it had one previous owner other then Todd.
