Well, if your using the higher level maneuver that lets you throw them multiple times, and you have evasion and a good enough reflex save, you could possibly throw them back and forth through the same blade barrier.

If you're at the edge of the barrier, you don't even have to go through it yourself. There was a thread on that tactic around somewhere. dunno if it was here or the WotC site.
