D&D 5E (2014) Tome of Beasts for 5th edition: Dhampir write up is missing.

Maybe I'm overlooking something but I don't see the write up for the Dhampir. The PC stats are there but no write up.

I assume you're looking at the NPC Features Table. That references races written up in Southland Heroes, Midgard Heroes, and Unlikely heroes in addition to the NPC races in the book.
Looking at the associated superscript number, the dhampir is fond in unlikely heroes.
