D&D 5E (2014) Tome of Beasts to be OGL?!

Kobold Press in their Tome of Beasts Kickstarter comment suggested they might go OGL with the Tome of Beasts.

In the Tome Show podcast for Jan 18th Wolfgang Baur said that it would go OGL and Hero Labs hinted that those monsters will be available for their Monster Builder.

I've got a feeling that Wolfgang got told at GenCon last year that the OGL would be released early this year. He had previously been very reluctant to do such a big project without it available, but suddenly at GenCon it was "full steam ahead". (Also, note how they had products up immediately when the DMs Guild went live...)
