Top 10 Reasons Why I Just Don't Care

Here I thought this would be a mildly funny edition neutral listing of why you shouldn't care about edition haters. Instead, it was some cruddy exclusively pro-4E post that wasn't even funny, save for Diaglo. Ho hum.

1. All editions are awesome!
2. OD&D is a great edition.
3. BD&D is a great edition.
4. BECMI is a great edition.
5. 1E is a great edition.
6. 2E is a great edition.
7. 3/3.5E is a great edition.
8. 4E is a great edition.
9. Any edition not on this list is a great edition.
10. Mearls rules the school. Rouse is shirt-tastic.

Yeah, that's pretty much my stance as well. I think the whole edition hate and superiority and blah, blah is all just so silly. People need to stop taking it all so seriously and lighten up. We're all gamers and we should just focus on that instead of all this other absurdity.

Anyway, I thought it was funny.

Threadbanned. In case for some reason you thought we didn't mean it.

I must take great exception at this list for leaving out 1.5E (Unearthed Arcana basically was a dot edition and who doesn't like Barbarians, Cavaliers, and Thief Acrobats?) as well as 2.5E (Player's Options and the DM Option books were definitely a dot release).

For SHAME!

OK; with ya so far.

But now, how do we take the bits that make each of those editions great and put 'em all together to build the greaterest superer-dupererest edition, an edition so great that we can all agree that it really *is* the greaterest superer-dupererest edition ever? :)
