My list (some categories), in no particular order past the first two:
1) Rust Monster
2) Stirge
3) Vermin swarm (any)
4) Rat swarm
5) Shark
6) Squid
7) Shocker Lizard
8) Dire Bat
9) Cloaker
10) Darkmantle
11) Hippogriff
12) more summoning lists minis
13) Living Spells (any)
14) more female minis
15) Large White Dragon (non-zombie)
16) Large Black Dragon
17) Phantom Fungus
18) Ankheg
19) Chimera
20) Pseudodragon
My huge list would look much the same as others posted.
My NO MORE list:
1) NO MORE dwarves!
2) NO MORE kobolds!
3) NO MORE small minis that are either a) faceless or b) have medium faces on small figs; get the paint jobs right.

4) Vermin swarms (A whole bunch of tiny, a whole lot of trouble)
5) Driders
6) Giants (of all types)
7) Vampire
8) Bears (and not celestials or fiendish)
9) Mounted figures (Fighters are great and all but a Paly needs a horse!)
10) More lizardfolk poses
11) More Draconians
12) Hydra
13) Female gnomes (so far all they have made are males so this is different than #1)
14) Ankheg
15) Cloaker
16) More goblinoids
17) Scorpions
18) Centaurs
19) Black Scale lizardfolk
20) Aboleth
Siege weapons, treasure, dungeon dressing would be awesome, but I don't see it happening, all of those already exist and don't really support a minis battle format (ok seige weapons do, but they would already have crew figs attached or worse the weapons are VR and the crews are all C.)

Yeah, some uncommon giants would be great now that they're making large uncommons. We've had a few different ogres, so some different hill, frost, and fire giants would be excellent. And can't have enough different trolls.Thunderfoot said:

Doubt we're going to see too much in the way of non-templated animals or vermin--everything's gotta be aligned for the DDM game, after all...but hey, bears make good companions for druids, and it is a wish list after all, hehe.
The mounted fig in Angelfire looks very paladiny!
Angelfire just gave us one of those--uncommon, no less.

You know what I was just thinking we haven't really seen yet? A really pumped-up, herculean human. Can't think of a single mini they've made that looks like it really had an 18 strength. In fact, I think that's why the bugbear footpad is so popular. It's just a rogue, but it looks like a tougher customer than most of the mighty, armored warriors.

9) A WIZARD WHO ISN'T BALD!
