Top 3 positive 4E changes-Forked Thread: ...specific changes 4e needs in your opinion

1. DM simplification
2. Player action siimplificatin (No more iterative attacks, no more millions of skill tables for complicated actions - saves tons of time)
3. Class balancing/clean slate.

Overall, D&D is so much more approachable to new players, and the depth is still sort of there (sure, there isn't complicated multiclassing math, but all that really doesn't halp once you get to the table)

1) Encounter & Monster Design - It couldn't be easier. Maybe I should also add running the encounters and monsters, because this became a lot easier with shorter stat blocks and monster roles.
2) Math: Balanced math that can really work over the course of 30 levels.
3) Class Roles: Ensure that a class will always have a (defined) place in the party and no one is the fifth wheel you only dare to take because the rest is already covered.

1) Simpler monsters that retain unique abilities
2) Flatter power curve
3) Streamlining

Honrable Mention:
4) Less swingy but deadlier then you think combat
5) PCs less dependent on "spells per day"
