Translations

Does anyone here have any information concerning translating products into french, spanish, or german? Have you done it? How were the sales? How was the distribution handled?

There are not many translations of d20 products into German available. I only know of a few non-WotC products, including CC and the Scarred Lands Gazetteer by S&S, two of the Freeport adventures by GR, three adventures by Atlas, and the Greenland Saga by Avalanche. That's about all, and I don't know how they sell.

The S&S stuff plus the Kalamar and the Ravenloft handbook are sold by a company called Feder&Schwert (Quill&Sword ), and the others were translated and distributed by Mario Truant Verlag.

thanks for the response. I wonder if any smaller d20 publishers have any exposure in languages other than english? what smaller d20 publishers are their that only publish in languages other than english?
