Trouble with RPGnow.com -- SOLVED!

Is anyone else having trouble buying stuff from RPGnow.com? They were one of my favorite sources for good, cheap stuff, but today I can't get stuff to show up in my shopping cart.

I hope it's just me... but if it's not, maybe we can help find what's wrong.

I just bought Diamond Throne PDF today (about 10:00 am this morning), and had no problems. I even checked my account history, and altered my e-mail, so as far as I can tell, they're pretty golden.

I've always had trouble with them... most of the times I place an order, they charge me and ship nothing. My account doesn't show I placed an order, etc... I have to go through the hassle of emailing them and explaing that I've placed an order, etc. It's a pain in the butt. I'm still waiting on an order that I placed two weeks ago... I just emailed them and I'm hoping for a quick reply . This might be the last time I order from them.

I'm confused. Henry said it worked fine for him. You two have a problem. So the problem is most likely on your side. What browser are you using? Do you have cookies blocked? Are you logged in when you put items in your basket?

Don't blame RPGNow until you've eliminated any potential technical problems on your end.

I've been buying stuff from them for nearly 3 years now and have yet to have a problem.

Then again, I never use PayPal
