All depends on what you want to do with it...
2 chapters are strictly modern (Space - Modern).
1 chapter is fairly modern, but horror can be fantasy
I wouldn't get it to try to incorporate the new role creation...I'd wait for a fresh start for that.
The one great thing is more feats. I am a feat whore. I can't get enough feats. This pretty much adds another 50% (or more) feats to the system from just True20 Adventure Roleplaying.
If you want feats, then get it and use it. Some of the feats can work in any setting, even if they're stuck in a chapter that doesn't fit your game (IE: Teamwork).
