Tumble and Charge

I am confident a being with a climb speed can charge while climbing as long as it follows the direct and clear path part of charging.

Interestingly, the RotG says:
"Creatures cannot charge or run while climbing, even if they have Climb speeds."
(this is off-topic and completely moot to our discussion, but I thought it interesting)

That's good isn't it? I mean, the more things it says, the more things it gets wrong, but also the more issues it address. I personally use it to resolve issues that are open to interpretation. I'm completely ok with overlooking things that are provably incorrect, so long as I have more access to official statements that could settle to disputes that are not clear-cut.
