My village maps at DriveThru are some of my oldest work (from 2013 -2015). I've been looking them over and they need to be updated to my current standard. I've decided to do just that. I have updated the Village #1 map at DriveThru. The new version has a PDF with 4 images (on layers) - one map with key numbers and labels, one map without key numbers and labels, and two versions of the previous maps but without a grid as well.

Here is the September 29th, 2023 Friday Freebie map. This is the upper level that continues from last week’s Friday Enhanced map. Click to enlarge.







Map Details:

• Grid Size: 48x56 10' Squares (72 dpi) or 72x92 5' Squares (72 dpi); VTT Size: 1700x2025
• This is the upper level that continues from last week’s Friday Enhanced map (Sep 22 2023).
• The white triangular shapes on the walls represent arrow slits.
• The stairs at area 1 and 22 lead down.
• Areas 7, 26, 28, 34, 41, and 50 have columns/pillars.
• Areas 9, 12, 15 a), 38, and 45 are open balconies with parapets.
• Areas 12, 42, and outside the temple on ground level are statues.
• The stairs at areas 19, 32, and 41 lead up.
• The grey section in area 26 is open to the elements.
• Area 28 has a tapestry.

The September 29th, 2023 Friday Enhanced Map product contains a multi-layered PDF (allowing the options of numbered or non-numbered areas, secret doors on or off, and grid or no grid, and all permutations) and a zip file with all relevant (16 + 1 bonus map) map files as individual jpg images. The Enhanced map has a grid size of 48x56 10’ Squares (72 dpi); VTT Size: 3400x4050. All for $2 (US).

• This is a stand alone multi-level map.
• Areas 1, 9 a), 14 a), and 33 have columns/pillars.
• Areas 1, 9 a), 14 a), 18, 20, 24 a), and 39 have hidden pits.
• Areas 8 a) has an altar.
• Areas 8 a), 9 b), and 14 b) have daises/raised platforms.
• The row of dots at areas 8 a), 14 a), and 41 a) have bars/gates.
• Areas 9 b), 14 b), 36, and 42 have statues.
• Areas 12, 14 a), 25, and 40 have open pits.
• Areas 26 to 29 have large chairs/thrones.
• Areas 30, 34, and 36 have tapestries.
• Area 32 has a fountain/pool set into the wall.
• Area 42 has a sarcophagus.
