Tweak on Human

I was just thinking that if a human chooses a multi-class feat, the character should be able to swap on of their 3 at-will powers for one of the additional class.
What do you guys think?

Interesting, but it gives humans a huge leg-up over the other races when it comes to multiclassing.

Well, you get that when you pick to multi-class as your Paragon Path, so this would be just getting it early, as far as balance is concerned. Hmm, maybe after getting the Novice Power feat as well...
