Two rule questions from last night's game...

a)Can you take a Move action, and then a Charge action, to basically move twice your speed and then make a basic attack? My interpretation was that you could; Charge is a Standard action which includes a move component, and doesn't negate or remove your Move action for the round; there are no 'full round actions' in 4e.

b)If someone is grabbed (immobilized), which forced movement powers can free them? It seems that anything which says "YOU may (push/pull/slide) an ally" would count as "forced movement", but something which says "And an ally may shift" would not. Is this correct?
