D&D 5E Two Weapon Fighting- Extra Attack- Horse Breaker

I know this question probably has been asked plenty of times but I need help simplifying this combo. I'm playing a Barb 5/ Rang 3 and have extra attack, two weapon fighting, and horde breaker. Would someone be kind enough to break it down for me how this would work?

If you have a light melee weapon in each hand, four (I think). Take the Attack action (that's one). Extra Attack from Barbarian gives you another (two, PHB 49). Horde breaker gives you another (three, PHB 93). Fighting with two light melee weapons gives you another as a bonus action (four, PHB 195).

evilives (if that's a Misfits reference, I love it, btw) has it right, but has forgotten to make sure it is clear the Horde Breaker attack has to be made against a different target, so you only get up to 3 attacks against a single foe.

Thanks to the wording of Horde Breaker specifically calling out "another attack with the same weapon" you could do 2 attacks to each of 2 targets, rather than 3 to one and 1 to the other, by attacking each target once with each of your weapons.

A warhorse only has AC 11 and 19 HP, so you generally don't need any special abilities be able to break one, the two attacks you have with Extra Attack should be enough,
Horse Breaker can be useful when you're dealing with armored warhorses, once you're trying to hit ac 15+ you can no longer expect to hit with both regular attacks.
