Two Weapon Fighting question

No he can't. If you combine Flurry/Greater Flurry with Two-Weapon Fighting, you'll only get the bonus attack(s) for Flurry once.

Thus, you'd attack at +1/+1 and -3, very, very bad indeed. Why do you think he decreases damage output on a flurry (1d6+4 vs. 1d6+5 normal) ?

Apart from that, just a hint: It helps to speak in BAB numbers when questions of multiple attacks are to be disputed - for an attack of +7 might also denote "BAB +7" for an extra attack at +2 et. al.
In your case, the Flurry example shows that it has to be a low-level monk, but that doesn't help with other classes.

So three attacks if he uses both ends? Two from the primary at +1 each and a third at -3 and damage is 1d6+5 with this right?

1d6+5 was weidling the QS two handed..hmm. that can't be right.
with a strength bonus of +3, it'd be 1d6+4...with a +4 str bonus, it'd be 1d6+6...no way to get to 1d6+5. In fact, all the mods are off i think

if Str+3 then
Two handed 1d6+4
Primary 1d6+3
Off hand 1d6+1

if str+4 then
Two handed 1d6+6
Primary 1d6+4
Off Hand 1d6+2

unless I'm missing something....ah, the +2 quater staff.

means a +2 str mod
Two hand 1d6+5 (3 str 2 qs)
primary 1d6+4 (2 str, 2 qs)
off hand 1d6+3 (1st, 2qs)

I think you are...

if Str+2 with a +2 enhancement bonus then
Two handed 1d6+5 (Str +2 x 1.5) +2 enhancement = +5
Primary 1d6+4
Off hand 1d6+3

Check my math

This is what I have.

BAB: +3 (4th level Monk)
Strength: +2 (15 Strength)
Weapon: +2 (+2 Wildwood Quarterstaff)
Total: +7 to hit and +4 to damage

Okay...now what is the attack and damage values when used as:

Two Handed Weapon
Two Handed w/ Flurry
Double Wpn Primary
Double Wpn Secondary
Double Wpn Prime w/ Flurry
Double Wpn Secondary w/Flurry

Any takers?

I think you were basically right (apart from the fourth attack, that is), but is it forbidden to use your staff two-handed with a flurry?

I don't think so....the RAW says:

"When using flurry of blows, a monk may attack only with unarmed strikes or with special monk weapons (kama, nunchaku, quarterstaff, sai, shuriken, and siangham)."

Further it contiunes with:

She may attack with unarmed strikes and special monk weapons interchangeably as desired. When using weapons as part of a flurry of blows, a monk applies her Strength bonus (not Str bonus × 1½ or ×½) to her damage rolls for all successful attacks, whether she wields a weapon in one or both hands. The monk can’t use any weapon other than a special monk weapon as part of a flurry of blows.

In the case of the quarterstaff, each end counts as a separate weapon for the purpose of using the flurry of blows ability. Even though the quarterstaff requires two hands to use, a monk may still intersperse unarmed strikes with quarterstaff strikes, assuming that she has enough attacks in her flurry of blows routine to do so.

So....with this info....was I right or wrong?

I am going to include your Str mod and enhancement bonus into your to hit and damage:

BAB: +3 (4th level Monk)
Strength: +2 (15 Strength)
Weapon: +2 (+2 Wildwood Quarterstaff)
Total: +7 to hit and +4 to damage

Two Handed Weapon
+7 (1d6+5)

Two Handed w/ Flurry
+5/+5 (1d6+4) (1d6+4)

Double Wpn Primary
+3 (1d6+4)

Double Wpn Secondary
-1 (1d6+3)

Double Wpn Prime w/ Flurry
+1/+1 (1d6+4) (1d6+4)

Double Wpn Secondary w/Flurry
-3 (1d6+3)
