Thus, you'd attack at +1/+1 and -3, very, very bad indeed. Why do you think he decreases damage output on a flurry (1d6+4 vs. 1d6+5 normal) ?
Apart from that, just a hint: It helps to speak in BAB numbers when questions of multiple attacks are to be disputed - for an attack of +7 might also denote "BAB +7" for an extra attack at +2 et. al.
In your case, the Flurry example shows that it has to be a low-level monk, but that doesn't help with other classes.
So three attacks if he uses both ends? Two from the primary at +1 each and a third at -3 and damage is 1d6+5 with this right?
