Two Weapon Fighting Ranged/Melee

But I wouldn't Wanna end up in a melee fight with a dagger, imagine fighting an ogre, its just like.... i do 2 damage again..... damn.....

Dagger is 1 lower damage and 1 lower threat range than rapier. Considering you're dropping from one-handed to light and martial to simple, that's actually not such an awful step down.

true, and the whole point of this idea was just to get in as many sneak attacks as possible. but i guess what im really asking now is if i have two daggers, do i apply multi-shot or two weapon fighting? ill be using it for melee and ranged and sometimes both in one round

You can TWF with melee or thrown weapons. You can Rapid Shot with thrown weapons. So if throwing at all (at a bare minimum using the Rapid Shot extra attack as your only thrown weapon attack), you can use both, for -4 to hit and 2 or more extra attacks. Rapid shot requires that you full attack and use it with a ranged weapon, which a thrown dagger or other item counts as. Whether the attack penalty and feat investment is worth it is up to you.
