I think not.
1) The drift is an obvious pattern. You gain 2 drifts of each Drift catagory 1-5. At level 10 the pattern is finished.
2) Epic Lefvls of classes provide aditional uses of powers. Drifts are not really a power.
However, if someone came up with an list of Epic Drifts (for lack of a better name) then getting new drifts would be fine. It should be at a slowed down rate and it's way to easy to min max drifts.
