Un-hittable druid- legal?

Ok. The consensus is that you can't benefit from a monk's belt if you are wearing melded armor. How about these features:

ASF
Maximum Dexterity Bonus to AC
Movement Rate
Armor Check penalties
etc.

I.e. If a druid in wildshaped form, wearing wild dragonhide plate armor, is his maximum dex bonus restricted to +1? Is his movement rate decreased? Are there penalties to hide, move silently and balance checks?

IMHO, yes max dex bonus +1, yes movment rate decresed, yes skill check penalties.

Well, look at it this way... people say "The armor is still there, you just can't see it". If the druid shifted to a diminutive bird, with accompanying strength/dex/con... if the armor was still there, it'd be crushed to death.
First I believe that Druids can only become tiny, not diminutive. And if she wildshaped to a tiny bird she wouldn't be crushed because her armor weight would decrease as per PH page 123 to 1/10th the weight (5 pounds). A hawk has STR 6, and 5 pounds is well below the 20 pound light encumbrance limit so it could still fly as well. Albeit it would lose half the armor bonus as per the footnote on PH page 123.

Yeah, well, Dragonblade ... a poorly placed Disjunction tends to destroy any build.

Mordenkainen's Disjunction is just too darned powerful, even for a 9th level spell. It's simply ridiculous!
