Uncanny Dodge in a Magic Item

There is a weapon enhancement called "Warning" in Magic of Faerun that grants this. As I am at work at the moment I can not tell you what the requirements for it is. It is called warning.

It grants "Does not loss Dex" portion of Uncanny dodge but does not stack with any other form of uncanny dodge.

Thanks, I looked it up. Its a +1 bonus to a melee weapon and requires Craft Arms and Armor and the uncanny dodge ability.

hhrmf, I was hoping for a spell. Oh well.

Well, let's take a look at the cost of a weapon of warning and go from there:

+1 warning dagger = 4,000gp (+cost of masterwork dagger)

Granted, the warning ability only functions while the weapon is being held, but that explains the low cost of the enhancement. I wouldn't charge more than 8,000gp for an item that grants Uncanny Dodge (retain Dex bonus to AC when caught flat-footed), but I probably wouldn't charge less than 4,000gp either. Hope that helps.
