Undead and Concentration

How does the skill concentration work with Undead. The skill is based off of Con., but Undead have no Con. score.

Logically I would think an undead creature would be less likely to be phased by an attack and thus have a better concentration than a living creature, but the rules would seem to imply the opposite.

I'd like to get some opinions on this, and see what other people think.

It seems like I remember reading somewhere that spell casting undead use their Charisma mod instead of con, but I can't remember where...Don't have my books with me here at work either....
