I find the two pages in the DMG quite lacking for information about underwater combat. What about spells? I find it hard to believe that you can easily cast spells underwater. Verbal components are hard to use since you cannot speak underwater, and the water is probably hindering any somatic movements.
Are there any other sources out there with a little more clarifying rules?
