Undoing a Medusa's stone gaze?

What can be done to undo a medusa's stone gaze? I didn't see anything mentioned under the Medusa description, the description of gaze attacks, not in the spell, stone to flesh. It does state that it's permanent. Is that really so? I know that wish will most likely work then. How about remove curse?

Stone to flesh?

Look through spells for ones that say they can handle petrification.

Break Enchantment will. Stone to Flesh will. Remove Curse won't.

Thanks y'all. I always assumed stone to flesh would, but expected to find some mention about returning someone who was turned to stone. Instead it mentioned petrifaction and I didn't associate it with being turned to stone. Silly me
