There would be no reason for them to do it soon, as it would actually compete with a book they are trying to sell. Any game publisher that wants to use the stuff in UA can do so right now, (barring what's been labeled PI) as long as they follow the OGL correctly.
If the book goes out of publication, I bet it might be added to the SRD. Or if they feel that they have gotton to a point that they can release it and have it not effect book sales, then they might consider it, just like they have added the Epic Level Handbook info to the SRD. (and that goes beyond the stuff that was added to the SRD taken from the 3.5 handbooks.)
Long story short, don't expect it soon. You might see some of the material in 3rd party publications sooner.
I would expect to see some discussions here and there (meaning the internet, not nessessarily ENworld) on some people working out how they can recreate some of the material legally in PDF form and the like.
You haven't been following the OGL lists, naughty boy.Grazzt said:Then again, the UA material could be added to the SRD the day the book is released or shortly thereafter...just like WotC did with the DMG, PHB, MM, and d20 Modern.

(Oh, glad to see TOMB of Horrors II listed on the cover of Game Trade this month).
