I haven't been sucked it just yet. I'm just testing the waters. To see if one were to buy some, what would be the best way to go about it.

Of course I have just spent an hour or so looking at the minis available from Auggie's and Game Outfitter.

Yes, I know, I know. It looks like today will be the day. I have got a 10% of voucher for one of my LGS (it is relatively new so I'm unsure if it has the F yet) so I'm going to buy 2 WotDQ boosters today. Hopefully I get a dragon for at least one of the two huge minis but I'm not getting my hopes up just yet.

Just a word of advice - try to get the boosters with the Tiamat or Dracolich box art. There was a stuff-up at the packaging stage, and boosters with the Nightmare box art pretty much never have huge rare minis (ie, both Dragons!) in them...

Don't expect to get any rare huges in your WotD boosters. Actually, consider it a monumentous event if you do, because I never got any.

You pretty much need to buy a case to get a damn rare huge. I bought tons of boosters and only ended up with fire elementals and lame mountain trolls.

WotDG sucked hard (at least the randomization did).

Thanks for the advice humble minion. I'll keep that in mind. Are the ones with the huge rare minis heavier at all?
