I agree...except I'd say it would just heal undead not give them temp hp.

I would've thought that "unholy" water would just be water that isn't holy. I drink it all the time. Doesn't do me any damage.

It'd probably deal 2d4 damage to deathless, too, if you use those in your game. Also, I don't think it'd heal undead; holy water doesn't seem to just be positive energy (it harms evil outsiders and doesn't heal living creatures), so unholy water probably isn't negative energy, and therefore probably doesn't heal undead. Making holy water heal living creatures and unholy water heal undead probably wouldn't be too unbalanced; you might want to increase the price a little, though. 25 gp for 2d4 vs. 50 gp for 1d8+1; holy water'd be a must-have for low-level adventurers.
