Before I started using the Gestalt rules, I created a very basic base class that combined some Rogue and Psion elements, limiting psionic powers to telepathic powers related to inducing insanity.

Now, I'd just stat it up as a Rogue/Wilder and trade limited access to non-telepathic powers for the ability to select Telepath-exclusive powers.
