unique spell updates?

how would you fine people update my spells (see "unique spells" on dragonsfoot.org) for version 3.5?

I'm happy to take a look if you can give a better reference point. I went to dragonsfoot and searched for "unique spells" without avail.

it starts out with phantom smoocher as a spell if you want to know.

OK I found the thread. After a quick look, I not sure any update is needed. The spells as presented primarily provide just a simple description -- more inspirational text than formal spell definitions. The same description/inspiration can be used in 3.X. Attempting to put a formal spell sheath around them might be problematic since many of the spells are facetious or at least exist on the jocular end of the spectrum.
