Yes. And you did calm down. But still the first post was reallly unneeded and over dramatic.

There were 10 minutes between the two posts. IMO, that it was so far over the top drama then reversed that quickly made pretty clear it might be humorous. But maybe I'm misreading it...

Can't say for sure, but I'd guess not. With the exception of a few very specific books (i.e. Unearthed Arcana), Wizards doesn't make a habit of reusing other people's OGL.
