Upcoming Adventure Review

@jackslate45 : I am working on the next adventure for 3-4th levels. I am contemplating relaunching Forge of Fury or something homebrew that picks up after A Visit with Father Kedric (that follows after The Sword and the Fallen Angel). 1st, are you all interested in playing in my game? 2nd, have any of you played Forge of Fury (3rd ed D&D adventure)?
I would be down with playing. Sounds like a blast. Since Tyrion hasn't played in either of the set up games, would he understand what's going on in the game?

I've enjoyed getting back into Ru's head, so I'd be up for running him in a 3rd level adventure once I get his level up figured out, sure.

perrinmiller I'm going to sideline Cavernous Hode for a while, but I'd be interested in bringing another character, probably the aasimar alchemist I've got started.

It also depends on your party makeup. As long as you have people in front who can soak up the damage (for FoF's case, Ru and Tyrion), you can remain low on HP and still be OK. As you level, take things like toughness and +Con belts to get more HP. But if you careful you should never be hit more than once.

It's not that you're in danger of dying as it is that you aren't going to be making too many diplomacy checks in a dungeon crawl. PM is a great GM, but if you want social-y stuff, FoF might not be the best choice for you.

I mean, I personally wouldn't mind the support roll but it would be just a little complicated to justify for Damaris to come along for an actual "dangerous excursion". Perhaps getting the job out of spite? Allow me to explain...

I'm planning on letting Galandra and Damaris finally meet again at the Tavern. That will be one hell of a family reunion. Galandra has been looking for her on her off-screen time but was almost sure Damaris would follow common sense and stay out of trouble. And...well, Damaris has never been one to follow her elder sister's orders. 9o9 THE DRAMA!
