Upcoming Marvel movies

What, no Fantastic Four logo? And I've wanted them to make an Avengers movie since X-Men came out. X-Men 3 I'm looking forward too, and Blade:Trinity I might see, but otherwise bleh. I'm a little miffed there's no Daredevil 2, but there is a Hulk 2. While I wasn't fond of either movie, Daredevil was definitely better, Affleck and all.

Man-Thing?? Ehh?? I dunno. I'm not particularly excited about a Man-Thing movie...but there would always be the possibility of a Howard The Duck crossover, so rock on! :D

Deathlok. Neat.

Never heard of Werewolf By Night, but I'm a werewolf freak, so.
It was a rather obscure Marvel character from the late 70's and early 80's. His title actually ran for something like 50 issues. The series is most notable for introducing the character known as Moon Knight.

I'd prefer they just abandon the Hulk as a franchise. Starburst magazine reported that Eric Bana doesn't want to return and that Universal is considering replacing him with David Duchovny. Barf.

As for Man-Thing, bring it on! How can you fail with a bottom tier comic character being brought to the screen by Brett Leonard, the incomparable director of such masterpieces as Virtuosity, Hideaway, and the original Lawnmower Man....

Do you remember the Swamp Thing movie - eeerk!

Swamp Thing was a better cgharacter than Man thing and look at that attrocity

Lets not forget about Ghost Rider, Iron Man and Fantastic Four movies. They've actually set a release date for FF in 2005 so that may get moving soon. Just hope the rumors about Tom Cruise and Nicholas Cage expressing interest in Iron Man don't end up to be true.

Oho! I do know Moon Knight, so that's quite interesting. Hm. I wonder if there's a trade paperback of the old WWbN comic...

I really doubt it, as I doubt there was ever much demand for one. That might change when the movie comes out. With the exception of the three issues that had Moon Knight in them there was never much of a demand for the series, and you usually found them for sale in quarter bins.

I just looked up the series. It ran for 43 regular issues and five giant-sized issues between 1972 and 1977, and was then back for a 6 issue miniseries in 1998. The first appearance of Moon Knight was in issue #32.

There's no Daredevil 2, because they're doing Elektra first. Sunday night I caught Jennifer Garner being interviewed and she said she had just started training for it.
