Updates from the Eye!!!!

To be honest, I was sort of hoping you wouldn't do that. I sort of like the idea of a "drop-in setting"; if you make bluffside into a full world, it will feel like I'm just pulling a city from any other world (shrug).

Hey Psion,

Actually, what Jim said is a little misleading. The regional books (Dry Lands and the yet to get a name water book) do give you a point of reference with Bluffside. In other words, if you are in Bluffside and want to travel to these areas it is easy to do.
Other than that, they are entirely "plug-in" and designed like Bluffside.

Also, We are returning to Bluffside soon with a plan for plug-in city section books that will detail (yes, even more than now) each section of the city and also present them in a way they can be stand alone.
For example, Sordadon will be detailed but will also be presented in such a way it can be a little floating location of its own. Does that make sense?

Do you want to do a pre-review of Dry Lands? It will give you a good idea of what I mean. It is entirely done, laid out, and all at this point.

Cool. That's what I thought/hoped it would be. Thanks for clearing that up!

As in you have a preview copy in PDF form? That's be cool... though I am working off a review backlog, including two other MEG/THG products, Raw Recruits and Sands of Pain. With any luck, I'll have those out by the weekend, though. I might be able to work on it over Christmas break.

It's all a ploy!

OK, this is all a ploy and YOU KNOW IT! After reading about Psion's PDF review copy, I'm even more impatient for Dry Lands! Hurry up, would you! Can you track the shipment of printed copies to my local game store and tell me when it will get there?

Grrr.
