Upgrading Magic Armor

Hi,

I have +2 Chainmail, and I would like to upgrade and add SR15, a +3 enhancement bonus per the SRD. To calculate the cost, I would need to treat the armor as a +5 enhancement (+2 for the enhancement, +3 for SR15), then subtract the cost of the base +2 armor.

According to my calculations:

+5 overall enhancement for armor = 5 squared * 1000GP for 25000GP.
subtract a +2 enhancement for base armor = 25000GP - (2 squared * 1000GP), or 25000GP - 4000GP for 21000GP upgrade cost.

Have I missed anything?

Cost for the masterwork armor can also be subtracted, but it's pretty insignificant when you're talking about $21k.

Edit: you didn't include it in the first price, so no need to subtract it, my bad.
