Title list ideas for uses of the genie bottle/ring ability. Also should Phantom Rogues get the 3rd level and 17th level abilities replaced? Wails from The Grave stuff with Revived Nature and Ethereal Jaunt.

What do you mean necromancy is allowed? Like the damage type you can swap from psychic to necrotic? Or when you deal sneak attack you can choose necrotic damage?
