I'm curious as to the rulings in regards to:
- Who can use it (Class / Feats required)
- How much does it cost to use (The MM mentions 5000gp worth of very fine stone)
- How long does it take to craft

Essentially, what are the specifics of this item.

Hi Everyone,

I'm curious as to the rulings in regards to:
- Who can use it (Class / Feats required)

The spells in the manual require spell trigger activation, so it must be someone with the spells on his caster list. Other methods of meeting that requirement, such as UMD, will also work.

- How much does it cost to use (The MM mentions 5000gp worth of very fine stone)

95,000 gp or 90,000 gp, depending on whether you think the 5,000 gp is included within the cost of creation.

How long does it take to craft

1 day per 1,000 gp, so 90 or 95.
