I find it amusing that since I know some of the models used for the artwork, I can figure out when the book came out by the RL age of the offspring of Vershnat, the pregnant goblin goddess of fecundity.

and if it is only one hit die? I have horrible images going through my mind of a female adventurer going through 9 months worth of pregnancy in one month.

There aren't that many 1-HD Outsiders. And if a half-celestial creature with only one levels gets knocked up, it's her own fault for not waiting until she had a few more levels.
