a weapon with the valorous ability doubles only the weapon damage or the strength bonus to damage too?

does it double the power attack damage? if yes this means that with leap attack and a 2 handed weapon the power attack damage is quadruple?

if the weapon has a +3 bonus does this mean that the damage is x3?

by static do you mean power attack too? and if i have powerful charge is this doubled too?

Yes, no.

A x2 effect plus another x2 effect equals a x3 effect, because it is appearently increasing your damage multiplier by 1 over the original.
