Vampire sneak attack

Can a vampire use his slam ability as a sneak attack? Does he get the slam bonus PLUS the extra damage (yes he is a rogue)

Some things, people:

No matter how many times a vampire hits you in a round, he can only level-drain you once.

The sneak attack damage would not be level draining. That should be obvious, but still.

Yes, you can apply sneak attack to the natural attacks of creatures. One of the more vicious creatures I attacked with was an Illithid rogue 5. He ended up being quite deadly with his tenticle strikes.

I knew the sneak attack damage would not be level draining, just wanted to know if they could couple a claw/slam attack with the sneak attack ability and get both types of damage if successful.
