Vapourware 2006

I started a thread a few months ago, now lost to the database error, that asked the following question - what d20 or d20-related products were you most looking forward to, that were supposed to be out by now, that for whatever reason have not yet arrived? In short, what products would you most like to see come out that are, at this moment, vapourware?

Instead of just digging the thread up, I thought it would be more interesting to just ask the question again.

I'm talking about products that
1) Were actually announced at some point (not stuff you merely wish existed or thought might have kinda-sorta been hinted at)
2) Were supposed to have been released by now, according to at least one such announcement
3) Have not yet appeared, and do not currently have a definite release date, or said date is a ways off (let's say at least 6 months) and you have good reason to doubt it will actually be met.

(As corner cases, I suppose "The print version of PDF product X" or "the originally announced version of Y, as opposed to the substantially different product Z that actually appeared" would be acceptable. But remember rule 1.)

I remember When 3e First came out Dragon had an ad for Materia. No real info was given, but I dreamed of a ff7 based magic system. Not exactly 2006 vaporware, but vaporware none the less.

All the d20 Warlords of the Accordlands stuff from AEG. Big huge books that looked like they were going to be full of campaign and monster content.

These are supposed to be released towards the end of June as is World's Largest City. AEG has solicited them to retailers for orders so they are definitely no longer vaporware.

Warlords of the Accordlands is definitely one. I remember seeing the ads for them in Dragon and Dungeon a couple of years ago. I keep hearing that they were pretty much completed but there never seemed to be an actual release.

Bard's Gate was another one before it magically reappeared and was actually published this May.

There are still a number of Necromancer adventures that are mentioned in other Necromancer adventures that are still to be published.

Bluffside was going to have books that went into detail of each section.

There is also Fall of Man and some Oathbound books. But those people are still working on and hoping to eventually come out.

We were supposed to have seen more Blackmoor stuff by now, I think. (And I was supposed to get a signed copy of the core book in that contest I won in the chat here 6 months ago)

Guardians of Order still hasn't shipped the GM Screen and bonus adventure that were supposed to come with our Deluxe A Game of Thrones rulebooks. Dreadful dreadful dreadful service.
