Played this on Saturday. We only had two tables, with six players and a DM at each. It was a fun and unique experience, especially hearing updates on the progress of the other group, as well as running from what we thought was a (real) Dracolich, into a magical gate to escape, only to find him waiting for us on the other side. The final fight took place with all 12 players at the same table since one DM had to leave.
Overall it was a great adventure. I hope Wizards does more like this.
