WOIN Vehicle maneuver exploits?

The vehicle combat rules (both here online at Vehicle Combat — What's O.L.D. is N.E.W. and in the N.O.W. rulebook) contain the following reference: "A number of maneuvers are available as exploits, including emergency stop, handbrake turn (J-turn), and more." I haven't been able to locate any such exploits, however, within the N.O.W. rules or anywhere else. Am I missing something?

Aha, I did manage to find the J-turn at WOIN Rules Reference Document - Universal Exploits as well as a couple of other vehicle maneuvers (although I didn't see anything there that looked like an emergency stop). I take it the woinrpg.com link is deprecated?
