Ventriloquism Question

An Invisible mage casts Ventriloquism and casts more spells and designates the verbal component of the spells issue 25'+5' level away from the caster. (doesn't matter where) does the sounds of spellcasting (in a strong voice) come from one or two locations? and what if the Listeners make their save?

One location, the illusory one. Those who hear the casting make saves and recognize it as illusory if they succeed, but the sound still comes from the illusory location, not the caster.
