Oh my, for a while I thought it'd be Vixens & Vargouilles.

I'm wondering if this was the version that I playtested so many years ago when Jeff and Jack were trying to get the rights and then released online as the Advanced Rules, when buying the V&V rights fell apart and Jeff moved to the current Living Legends system.

My brother loved this game, he played it to death with his friends. Don't get me wrong, I played some too, but not nearly as much.

I don't know if your still under an NDA, but obviously I think you should assume you're still under it.
