Virtual Feat Question

Reviving an old PC (Half Vampire) Martial Artist/Rogue. Does the Slam attack feature count as a virtual feat prerequisit for Improved Unarmed Strike feat?

It does not count as the IUS feat.

Improved Unarmed Strike does not have any prerequisites.

All slams are natural weapons. Not all natural weapons are Unarmed Strikes, though. A slam would never provoke an AoO, and normally deals lethal damage unless you take the penalty to hit. An unarmed strike is a type of natural weapon, but it follows a lot of the rules for manufactured weapons, along with a few special rules of its own.

As others have pointed out a slam attack does not qualify as an UIA - but it does qualify as a "natural attack" for any feats where that is a prerequisite.
