Wow, half of the votes are "no thank you"!? Is it that the Paragon Paths that are out so far just aren't popular, is it that many people multiclass to get some other path (as we had with the Paladin) or is the Invoker just that unpopular?

I have to admit I'm not much of an Invoker fan myself. I love divine characters, but I prefer the "worship and serve a community" fluff of Paladins and Clerics more than the "born with a god fragment" part of Invokers. And as a minor quibble, I never got why Invokers don't use holy symbols. It just doesn't make sense, and it screws over most attempts for Invoker/other Divine multiclassing or hybriding. If that was intentional, it was a dick move.

If I had to guess, I'd say that Clerics already have a strong controller secondary, and the Invoker has a difficult raison d'etre. In many ways it feels like a "not a cleric". But then, I would have liked a "cleric, but cloth armor and less healing and more blasting" kind of class.

That is, I do have an Invoker PC in a group I DM, and I like the character. It's just lacking the last 10% kick that would make me say I want to play one.

It's probably because there are so many different paragon paths out there and no one knows them all. I mean, why would anyone know the Invoker PPs unless he's playing an invoker getting close to paragon?
I voted angelic aspect just because.
I have no idea what it does but i like the name.
