Then suck it up, put the pedal to the floor, and pay the speeding ticket.
You know, I really miss the old "reasonable and prudent" limit here in Montana. Nothing like blasting past a highway patrolman at 100 miles an hour and all he does is smile and wave. Or the even older $5 speeding tickets. Line up a series of $5 bills in you visor, head out on the highway, and when the offficer stopped you, you'd pluck one down, hand it to him, and head out again.
Of course, given the increasing numbers of warm climate out-of-staters that are moving here, I'm glad we've got the limit again. These are the kind of people who think that because they have snow tires and 4 wheel drive, they can still cruise down the icy interstate at 80mph in the middle of a blizzard. Well, those that didn't total their cars in a panic when the first inch of snow fell at the beginning of the season at any rate.
